Influx Life is a small habit tracker and planner. One person makes it. No ads. We never sell your data. Anyone can join free for now. An invite code gives a founding place.

What is stored

  • Your account: username, name, a scrambled password (never the real one), time zone and reminder hours.
  • Your email, if you gave one. We keep it so you can get back in if you forget your password. We send nothing to it. No news. No marketing. We never sell or share it. Delete your account and it goes too.
  • How you came here: if your link had tags, we keep them and the home page version you saw. Only the person who runs Influx Life sees them, as counts. They only say which link you used.
  • What you log: habits, ticks, day ratings, notes, journal, goals, to-dos, your planner and routine, Life notes and visions, and screen-time totals you upload.
  • Health data, only if you connect it: one daily summary from Garmin or Oura (sleep, heart rate, HRV, stress, body battery, readiness, steps). When you connect, we fetch up to 60 past days.
  • Calendar events, only if you connect Google Calendar. See Google Calendar below.
  • Helper chats: what you and the helper said, so you can carry on. Ask keeps today's chat and Plan my week this week's, each until the next one starts. The coach on Life keeps its chat until you tap New. New clears a chat; turning the helper off clears all three.
  • Connection keys: the keys that let Influx Life get your Garmin, Oura or Google data. Also your Influx Life API keys (scrambled).

If you connect Garmin with a password, we hold it only until you are logged in. Then we wipe it. We keep Garmin's session.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar is optional. Influx Life asks to read your events (calendar.events.owned.readonly) and to edit them (calendar.events). It shows your timed events as fixed blocks, so nothing is planned on top. It changes an event only when you tap it: move, retime or delete that one, or add one block you chose.

  • What we read: title, start and end of timed events on your main calendar, for the week you view. Not all-day events. Not shared calendars. We write nothing without your tap.
  • What we keep: each event as a block: title, day, time and Google's id. So a moved meeting moves. A cancelled one goes.
  • Who else sees it: Render and Neon host the app and database. When you ask the helper to plan, your week's blocks go to the AI company. Event titles go only to Anthropic, which may not train on them. Any other AI company sees only that the time is busy.
  • Never used for ads, for selling, or for training general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. No person reads your calendar.
  • To remove it: disconnect in Setup → Integrations. We delete the keys and remove blocks from today on. Old blocks stay until you delete them or your account. You can also cut access in your Google Account.

Influx Life's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The helper

The helper is on for new accounts. Nothing is sent until you tap Use the helper, where we say what it sends, and ask something. You can turn it off in Setup → Account. That clears its chats.

When you ask, only what the job needs goes to the AI company the server uses (Anthropic, or else Google Gemini or Groq; Setup → Account shows which):

  • Plan with me and Ask on Today: goals, to-dos, habits, this and last week's plan, routine, recovery today, and your messages.
  • Plan my week: month goals, habits, last week, open to-dos, the first line of each vision, your notes, and your changes.
  • The Life page, when you ask for help with a vision: that part's notes and answers.

We never send your journal. Nothing the helper suggests is saved until you tap it.

The watch app

The Garmin watch app sends the habits you tap and your rating to this server. It goes through Garmin Connect on your phone, with the key you paste in. It reads nothing else: no location, heart rate or activities. If the phone is away, the watch holds it and sends later.

Who can see it

  • Other users cannot see anything of yours.
  • The person who runs Influx Life looks after the server and could technically read the data. They do not browse it.
  • Services that make it work: Render (hosting), Neon (database), Garmin, Oura and Google (only if you connect them), the AI and voice companies above (only if you use them), and ntfy.sh, which sends reminders to your phone. A reminder's text passes through it.

Your control

  • Export: Setup → Account → Export my data (CSV).
  • Delete: Setup → Account → Delete my account. It removes everything of yours and the account. You cannot undo it.
  • Disconnect: remove Garmin, Oura or Google in Setup. We delete its key and stop syncing. Data we already have stays until you delete your account. Calendar blocks from today on go at once. Cancelling an API key stops the watch app at once.
